Kyoto Sushi - Roseville: Exceptional All-You-Can-Eat Sushi Experience

The wait staff is nice, the sushi is good, and food comes pretty fast. Watch out if you’re doing all you can eat for lunch as they’ve now multiple times given us dinner menus ($10 more per person) DURING lunch hour and we had to fight to actually pay the lunch price. Other than that everything was good.

Staff was very helpful with seating us right away and taking our order. They have a robot that brings your food. The service was fast. You can watch your sushi rolls being made. Highly recommend the sweet potato roll. Crisp deep fried sweet potatoes and fresh, moist delicious sticky rice. Noodles are firm and not mushy. The sauce is full of flavor. A lot of vegetarian options to try. Next time I will try the all you can get buffet.

Delicious udon noodles and sushi. Customer service was outstanding. I tried the Choya plum wine for the first time, it is absolutely delightful. Wonderful experience.

Kyoto sushi is one of the better all you can eat sushi restaurants. The rolls are well made, and their selection is pretty large. The snow mountain roll , BC roll and volcano roll are few i would recommend. Their scallops and shumai are pretty good as well. I would recommend starting with their soup and seaweed salad and finishing with red bean ice cream. One thing I didn't like is that they don't have steamed dumplings. The service was fast and prompt and the restaurant was pretty clean as well.

The service is amazing and the food decent for all you can eat…but can we talk about the ambience? Management…if you’re reading this PLEASE do something about the lighting! The place is dark except a pair of 100W FLOURESCENT bulbs glaring down on the entire room. I was getting migraine from the harsh lighting. It kind of ruined the entire dining experience and I hate to say it…because the food and service is great but DANG…I felt like I was in a prison/high school cafeteria with those annoying lights!

The place is okay! It's cheap! Very cheap for the all-you-can-eat. I ordered Nigiri, which was very good for the price, and a few special sushis, which were horrible. They tasted old or as if they had it in a fridge pre-made. I didn't like that the place was too dark. It was clearly dirty. The service was great. I'm not sure if I would come back. You can say the quality of the sushi is equal to supermarket sushi.

Always loved this place. Saturday nights are pretty busy. But only had to wait 5 min minutes to be seated. They have a buffet which is $33 with only water. Cute robot server, fun to watch them move around the restaurant. Nice litter helpers. If they are busy make sure to order most of your food the first time round, can be a little wait to get your food but not horrible. They bring whatever is ready to you so you have food infront of you even if it's 1 thing out of the full order.

Great value for the all you can eat sushi! Not the best sushi I have ever had, but it was good! The food was better than I was expecting and I was happy. Service was great, and really made it a nice night. I would definitely go back.
